Mr Donnell Koh

FOUNDER & LEAD EDUCATOR

Donnell started out as a pioneer teacher at Meridian Junior College, then taught at Raffles Junior College, where 27 of his 28 students in the 2006 batch scored an A for Chemistry. He founded Twig in 2008 and has taught Chemistry for 22 years, with about 90% of his students achieving A or B grades.

His approach is clarity first: see the problem from the student's side, build strong foundations, and make Chemistry make sense through understanding rather than memorisation.

Mr Sean Ang

A-LEVEL CHEMISTRY TEACHER

A Hwa Chong Integrated Programme alumnus with 8 A-Level distinctions, including H3 Chemistry. Sean now reads Pharmaceutical Science at NUS as a Global Merit Scholar and has made the Dean's List.

He has taught H2 Chemistry since 2022, designing a full two-year JC curriculum as a Head of Department. He is also the creator of @yourchemistrypal.sg, where around 170K followers learn A-Level Chemistry through humour and visuals.
